General Information

Important Dates & Deadlines

January 1, 2016 Deadline for online registration and abstract submission through the ABC2016 homepage.
January 15, 2016 Letters of acceptance and detailed information will be e-mailed to all participants.
January 29, 2016 Deadline for receival of the signed payment form via E-Mail by the ABC2016 Meeting Office.
February 20, 2016 Deadline for cancellations to obtain a full refund of paid fees minus a 100 € handling fee! No refunds will be possible after February 20.

Fees

The registration fees are:

  • Students/Postdocs 820 €
  • Senior Investigators 1220 €
  • Industry and Pharma 2000 €

The registration fees include full board and lodging (6 nights) at the venue. Shuttle to the airport and the train station will be provided on the departure day only (Friday March 11). The hotel is located within walking distance from the train station for those who prefer some fresh air after their travel.

No payments may be made before notification of acceptance has been received from the organizers.

Please note that rooms have been pre-booked by the organizers and therefore no booking by participants is necessary!

Should you need accommodation for additional nights before and/or after the meeting, please contact the ABC2016 Meeting Office.

Student Fellowships

Pending - the organizers are doing their outmost best to raise additional support to provide student travel grants.

Hence, we are unable to provide information about student fellowships before February 2016.

Therefore, the registration fee must be paid in full by January 29, 2016.

Arrival & Departure

Please note that the official ABC2016 programme will start with the Opening Ceremony on Saturday, March 5 at 6:30 pm. Registration is open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The programme ends on Thursday, March 10 in the evening with the ABC2016 Summary & Perspective Lecture followed by the Farewell Dinner & Party. Departure day is Friday, March 11!

Language

The official meeting language is English.
