General Information

Important Dates & Deadlines

September, 2017 Online registration and abstract submission opens. Registration must be accompanied by payment of the registration fee in full!
December 15, 2017 Deadline for online registration & abstract submission through the ABC2018 homepage.  Registration must be accompanied by payment of the registration fee in full!
February 20, 2018 Deadline for cancellations to obtain a full refund of paid fees minus a 100 € handling fee! No refunds will be possible after February 20.

Fees

The registration fees are:

  • Students/Postdocs 800 €
  • Senior Investigators 1100 €
  • Industry and Pharma 2000 €

The registration fees include full board and lodging (6 nights) at the venue.

Importantly, registration must be accompanied by payment of the registration fee in full.

Please note that rooms have been pre-booked by the organizers and therefore no booking by participants is necessary!

Should you need accommodation for additional nights before and/or after the meeting, please contact the ABC2018 Meeting Office.

Student Fellowships

Pending - the organizers are doing their outmost best to raise additional support to provide student travel grants.

Hence, we are unable to provide information about student fellowships before February 2018.
Therefore, the registration fee must be paid in full by December, 1 2017.

Arrival & Departure

Please note that the official ABC2018 programme will start with the Opening Ceremony on Tuesday, March 6.

The programme ends on Sunday, March 11 in the evening with the ABC2018 Summary & Perspective Lecture followed by the Farewell Dinner & Party. Departure day is Monday, March 12!

Shuttle to the airport and the train station will be provided on the departure day only (Monday March 12). The hotel is located within walking distance from the train station for those who prefer some fresh air after their travel.

Language

The official meeting language is English.

Network

A free wireless network will be available at the conference site.
